Adverse Weather Arrangements
In case of adverse weather conditions, such as Typhoon Signal No. 3 or higher, or a Black Rainstorm Warning issued by the Hong Kong Observatory within 3 hours of the event’s start time, the recycling event for that day will be canceled. Any additional arrangements or notifications for canceled or postponed activities due to bad weather will follow.
