2. How to participate?

  • Download the Zero2 application and participate in activities.

4. Besides providing discounts, how else can I participate?

  • Register as a green merchant with a Zero2 representative.

5. How long does the registration process take?

  • The registration process generally takes about 5 minutes.

6. Who else is participating in the program?

7. How do customers purchase and redeem products?

  • After customers complete green actions, Zero2 will issue corresponding Zero Coins to customers.
  • Using Zero Coins and discounted prices, customers can purchase vouchers (QR codes) in the Zero2 application.
  • Customers show the vouchers in stores, and merchants scan the QR codes using the application.
  • After registration, the transaction is recorded, and the merchant should provide the corresponding products to the customer.

8. How and when will we receive payments?

Zero2 will make payments to merchants within 30 days based on the contract.

9. What contract needs to be signed?

Merchants and Zero2 will sign a separate agreement authorizing Zero2 to list the merchant’s products based on product descriptions, quantities, original prices, discounted prices, and Zero2 service fees.

10. What is the service fee percentage?

The service fee is generally 10-20% of the product’s discounted price.

11. How and when will we receive reports?

Zero2 will send monthly reports to merchants via email at the end of each month. The report will include the transaction amounts processed by the merchant during that month, the number of Zero Coins they have earned, and the carbon reduction achieved through transactions by customers.

12. What happens to the received Zero Coins?

The Zero Coins received by merchants do not have a real monetary value. They represent the carbon reduction achieved by customers through the merchant’s daily actions and sustainable impact.

To become a green merchant, please submit the Business Registration (BR) and contact information (name and phone number). 15. How do we submit this information?

Zero2 has a merchant backend where merchants can submit product descriptions, images, and other information.

16. How long will this program last?

The collaboration between Zero2 and the Hong Kong Housing Society will run from July to December, a total of 6 months.

After the event period, Zero2 will continue to be open to the public.

17. What is the average discount rate for merchants listing their products?

18. How many products should we list on Zero2?

19. How many Zero Coins should we charge for each product?

The amount of Zero Coins to charge is determined by the Zero2 team.

To celebrate the 75th anniversary of the Hong Kong Housing Society, they have collaborated with the Zero2 app to promote digitization and sustainable economy.
